Yes! We can do a deep cleaning at any time. However, to make the experience best for all parties we ask that you tidy up the space before we show up, and put away any items not needing cleaning by our associates. If we assess the situation as needing far more time and effort than originally indicated, we might ask that we re-assess the cleaning process with you.

How much does a house cleaning service cost with Birch Specialty Cleaning Company?

Are there tasks I should do before a Birch Cleaning Associate arrives?

Yes. To ensure we are able to perform the best cleaning possible, please clear your space of clutter like toys, clothes, food and other items. If you have pets, please put the into another area while we are cleaning. If you have had changes since our last visit (a new baby, a new pet, updates to the house, etc) please let us know prior to our arrival.

How often are cleaning services typically performed by Birch?

In general we see either every other week or weekly, however, we are happy to accommodate other schedules as needed.
