Occasionally the world sends you a curveball and you need a cleaning immediately! We consider “Emergency” to be anything with less than 24 hours notice, and we cannot guarantee that we always can meet such a request.

There are a few things to keep in mind when requesting an Emergency Cleaning Service:

We do not do major damage restoration - this might include significant water, fire or natural disasters
We do not clean up bio-hazards
We do not clean up anything that might pose a danger to our cleaning associates
We do not deal with dangerous animals

Also, we generally charge an extra fee since we are often having move other customers around to accommodate last minute scheduling.
