Are there tasks I should do before a Birch Cleaning Associate arrives?

Yes. To ensure we are able to perform the best cleaning possible, please clear your space of clutter like toys, clothes, food and other items. If you have pets, please put the into another area while we are cleaning. If you have had changes since our last visit (a new baby, a new pet, updates to the house, etc) please let us know prior to our arrival.

How often are cleaning services typically performed by Birch?

In general we see either every other week or weekly, however, we are happy to accommodate other schedules as needed.

What types of cleaning products does Birch use?

We use cleaning products that are safe, effective and meet our standards. In general, concentrated cleaning agents are much more effective than inexpensive store bought products, but try to match the product to the need.
